In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless context requires otherwise.

Access to the ova89 Platform is restricted. You are eligible to register and maintain an Account only if you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) who is at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia and are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ova89 or any recognized responsible-gaming registry.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law.
• You have not previously had an ova89 Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of ova89 services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By doing so, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid Indonesian mobile number as required during registration.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify ova89 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• KYC Verification: ova89 reserves the right to request identity documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method) at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account restriction.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ova89 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.

All financial transactions on the ova89 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ova89 supports the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time for bank transfers and e-wallet payments. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 15 minutes.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.
• ova89 does not accept deposits made from credit cards, cryptocurrency wallets, or any payment method not listed above.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name that matches the name on your ova89 Account.
• ova89 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding Rp 10.000.000.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived exclusively from bonus play may be subject to additional wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

ova89 offers a variety of promotional incentives to its Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian holidays such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated at the point of offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement. The specific multiplier applicable to each offer will be clearly displayed on the promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports betting may contribute at a different rate, as specified per promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without notice.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the ova89 Platform across all verticals, including sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering), and bandar bola (football bookmaking markets).

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once ova89 has issued an official confirmation reference number. Bets not confirmed by the system are deemed void regardless of the displayed outcome.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. ova89 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match sports betting, odds at the time of bet placement are binding. For in-play (live) markets, the odds accepted at the moment of system confirmation apply.
• Event Cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or abandoned before completion, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's Account Balance.
• Error Correction: In the event of a manifest error in odds, results, or game data, ova89 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings from clearly erroneous odds are not payable.
• Togel Draw Results: All togel draw results are sourced from officially published result feeds. ova89 is not responsible for discrepancies between draw results and third-party reporting sources.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ova89 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime via the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by ova89.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting designed to exploit promotional offers or odds discrepancies across platforms.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or circumvent security measures.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment wagering (commercial use is prohibited).

All content on the ova89 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, audio, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of ova89 or its licensed third-party content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of ova89.
• The ova89 brand name, logo, and trademark are registered marks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

ova89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

• Personal data is collected to facilitate Account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support.
• ova89 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is retained for the period required to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law, whichever is longer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ova89 shall not be liable to any Member for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or maintenance periods.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors or Indonesian banking infrastructure.
• Unauthorized access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Inaccuracies in third-party sports data, statistical feeds, or togel result sources beyond ova89's reasonable control.
• Any losses incurred as a result of a Member's gambling activity on the Platform, including losses during system maintenance or connectivity interruptions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ova89's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the Member's Account at any time, subject to the following conditions.

• Member-Initiated Closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.
• Company-Initiated Closure: ova89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with immediate effect in cases of suspected fraud, Terms breach, regulatory requirement, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.
• Effect of Termination: Upon Account closure, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances are handled as described above.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may contact our support team to initiate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Account cannot be reopened at the Member's request before the exclusion period has elapsed.

ova89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ova89 will notify Members via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction of ova89's operating entity. ova89 operates as a platform serving Indonesian players and acknowledges the applicability of Indonesian consumer protection principles where legally required.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ova89's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English, with proceedings held in a mutually agreed neutral jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian law.
